The Meatball Challenge of Fairfield County
Assisted in running the 1st annual Meatball Challenge of Fairfield County event that was held in Norwalk in June of 2014. Eleven Fairfield County restaurants competed in this challenge, preparing their signature meatball as well as a side dish. I helped in the set-up, running of, and tear down of the event. During the event, I helped with the check-in of over 200 guests, made sure each restaurant station was stocked with all supplies needed, assisted the photographer to get shots of all the tables and guests, collected votes for “Best Meatball” and made sure overall that things ran smoothly.
